This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how you can control it. Right now the only thing we collect on purpose is the email address you give us to join the MCM waitlist.

Who we are

Milchrist Capital is run from India by Milchrist Savio Mascarenhas, based in Panjim,Goa. We decide how your data is used, and we are responsible for it. You can reach us at hello@milchristcapital.com.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
• Basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. Our hosting provider records this automatically to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We don't use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site.

Why we use it

We use your email address for one purpose: to tell you when each MCM product opens. We rely on your consent, which you give when you join the waitlist. We don't sell, rent or trade your data, and we won't use it for anything else without asking you first.

Who helps us process it

A few service providers handle data on our behalf. Some of them may store it on servers outside India.

• Netlify hosts this website and stores waitlist sign-ups.
• Zoho Mail sends and receives our email.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site, so your browser shares your IP address with Google when a page loads.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you withdraw consent, ask us to delete it, or we close the waitlist, whichever happens first. After that, we delete it.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

• ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it
• ask us to correct, update or delete it
• withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it
• nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you're unable to

To do any of these, email hello@milchristcapital.com or reply to any email we send you. We'll respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, write to us first at the address above and we'll try to fix it. If our response doesn't resolve it, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

The MCM waitlist is for adults. If you're under 18, please don't sign up. If we learn we've collected a child's email address, we'll delete it.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we use your data, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects what you've already agreed to, we'll email you before it takes effect.
